Hi-Lo skates provides more stability and control due to it’s lower deck heights. The smaller 100mm wheels are underneath the middle of the foot or under the forefoot where the skates are actually lower to the ground giving you more control without compromising the speed.
The smaller 100mm wheels keeps you lower to the ground which make your skates maneuver at top speeds without losing the grip and control. And at the same time bigger 110mm wheels gives you advantage of more roll and speed.
